Cable breakouts - Spreader caps produces an excellent weathering environmental seal, protects multi-conductor cables & conduit breakouts. It produces an excellent strain relief & mechanical protection factor together with resistance to common fluids and solvents.

Cable breakouts - Spreader caps are supplied with an thermo-plastic adhesive liner around the inlets (inputs) & outlets (outputs) completes the environmental protection & insulation your products so desire.

Cable breakouts, also called Spreader caps or cable udders in the field are manufactured from tough cross-linked polyolefin & used for extensive insulating & sealing of multi-conductor cable and conduit breakouts for outdoor splicing conductors associated with power utilities distribution, railway signal applications & telecommunications.

In order to shrink these materials, the electrical installations engineer should note that to use a propane flame gun only when shrinking these moulded products to produce a fast shrinkage period.
