Low Voltage heat shrinkable dual wall tubing and moulded parts such as cable breakouts, end caps, medium, heavy wall are required for insulating & protecting cables above & direct buried applications. Because of their varying wall thicknesses all these tubings listed are extremely suitable for protection against abuse, abrasion protection, useful for cathodic protection, corrosion protection & strain relief. When insulating low voltage applications up to 1,000V for utilities markets.

Polyolefin - Dual wall heat shrink tubing

EDW9 Temperature : -55°C to +105°C, 3:1 Medium dual wall heat shrink tubing, non flame retardant.
EDW10 Temperature : -55°C to +105°C, 3:1 Heavy dual wall heat shrink tubing, non flame retardant.
EDW11 Temperature : -55°C to +105°C, 6:1 Higher shrink ratio, dual wall adhesive lined, not flame retardant.

EDW12 Temperature : -55°C to +110°C, 3:1 shrink ratio, CATV dual wall adhesive lined, non flame retardant.


Note: These products require a flame gun heat source for faster shrinking. Standard electric heat guns takes longer to begin shrinking.
