Expando are tough lightweight oversleeves used to protect cable assemblies, hoses & wire harnesses from chaffing, cutting & abrading. The open weave construction of these interesting products enables each size to expando to fit several application shapes and sizes. This open weave construction also makes them highly felxible and resistant to trapping water, heat & humidity.

Ex-Braid is very flexible at sustained high & low temperatures.

Ex-Braid125 : An expandable braided polyester LSOH cable sleeving are used in
many applications such as: Automotive, Space Industries, Marine, Aerospace,
Cable assemblies, Wiring harnesses & General manufacturing industries. These products are essential for balancing mechanical & abrasion protection, yet highly flexible even at sustained low and high temperatures.


Ex-Braid125 : Ideal solutions for providing protection of wire, cable & conduit bundles, hoses in a range of applications. :

Operating temperature range : -75°C to +125°C
Nominal ID sizes range from : 3mm (0.118 inches) to (2.00 inches) 50.8mm.
Colours : -0 Black, & -8 Grey.
Supplied : On hank reels & supplied in minimum quantities.

Ex-Braid150 : Customised Polyester Monofilament working temperature of -50 to 150°C

Push back expandable braided sleeving gives ease of applying insulated component and are resistant to most chemicals, it can be used in hostile areas as electrical harnesses on fuel delivery vehicles, aerospace, military vehicles, autosports applications.

Nominal Sizes : 3mm through to 50mm

Standard colours: Black,
Other colours upon request are: -2 Red, -3 Orange, -4 Yellow, -5 Green, -6 Blue, -8 Grey and -9 White.

lined heat shrink tubing and b) Expandable braided sleeving which enables swift operating production on assembles as it is supplied open and maintained in
position on the components connection or cable/wire harness to be protected by pinching the heat shrinkable rings on the ends. You can either have one adhesive lined heat shrink tubing at one end or both ends. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW THE DIAMETERS & LENGTHS OF
THE PART OR PARTS TO BE COVERED, HOVER THE PICTURE FOR DETAILS.

Operating temperature : -55°C to +125°C (+257°F)
