pasta is Good with this Pepenese pasta sauce,
students will just love my new Pepenese sauces.
 Although both
types of sauces are pretty good, I got bored with
making the same old "Bolognese pasta
sauce" and/or "Carbonara pasta
sauce", so researched a new kind of
pasta sauce that is NOT around today on the
shelves of supermarkets as it has its unique
taste, that is more delicious and yummy
interesting food sauce, I came across my new
tastier sauce calling to "Pepenese"
sauce.
 My first attempt
in making this very tasty "credit
crunch" Italian Pasta dish with a twist was
a complete disaster, it was dry and awful,
however, I researched more into it and came
across this formula after only the second attempt
& WOW, a
truly incredible "pasta sauce" was
invented, although Pepenese
was for the initial disaster sauce. I did keep
the name "Pepenese"
as it rings well in the world of consumer food
sauces industries, it has a ring to it.
It has been
tweaked, tried and tested with several friends
& family and all was eaten what was
placed in front of them, some were using garlic
bread to mop-up the remaining sauce, it is so
yummy, really cheap and quick to make
and in this "Credit Crunch Depression"
environment, a true winner and it will fill you
up, enjoy its flavour.
This unique sauce is called "Pepenese", in Italian, it is
pronounced and written "Pepenese",
when I make Pepenese
sauce with spaghetti or rigatoni, I can't stop
eating it, my mother's has an old Italian
saying is "the eyes says Yes, but the
stomach says No!", the flavoured taste
is gorgeous, I know you'll want more.
If
there are any food or sauce manufacturers looking
for something tastier than bolognaise then Pepenese is the
"pasta sauce" for you, I would be
interested in taking my "Pepenese" to
them, currently in contact with one Supermarket .
. .
Although it
is called "Pepenese",
it does not contain any pepper when prepared, add
it when served to increase its humidity in the
mouth when tasted and consumed as desired.
Initially
it is be expensive to purchase, once a brand name
comes reads into this, tries it, it should be
more competitive.

is ideal for up to 3 at a push 4 people, I know you'll just love it.
With the help of a branded sauce name who can buy
the ingredients in bulk will bring the price
down.
Being
half Italian and loving Italian food especially
pasta sauces, my better half originates for the
red section above right, however my family in
southern Italy have not tried this as yet, but
they will one day soon when I visit!
I
only read the other day that pasta sauce dishes
are a favorite of students because it is cheap
and quick to make, yes it takes around 20 minutes
to make my Pepenese
and it blows away bologniase and carbonara
"pasta sauces". Pepenese
has its very own unique palatible taste!
Preparing
the Pepenese
sauce takes approx 10-15 minutes, once brought to
the boil, I allow to simmer for approx 15 minutes
until the sauce darkens, at that point leave to
cool, boiling salted water ready for the pasta
for between 10 to 12 minutes in harmony with
making the pasta sauce takes in total, 20-22
minutes, anyone can make this this pasta sauce
meal in 20-22 minutes, boy, you'll love it, so
will students up and down the country.

production, I know its a winner!
