bearings PTFE Rod is
a very useful component for seals within valves due to
its ability to conform to shape and shapes inside
components, thus providing an excellent high temperature
and acid resistant seal.
PTFE rod is excellent
within the chemical industry due to its excellent ability
with strong acids, cryogenic applications, food
processing, outer space, chemicals, fuels and
petrochemical fluids.
PTFE is stable and will
continuously operate at +260°C,
the properties begin to falter around +320°C to +340°C,
thereafter the material will begin combusting, hence
zero-halogen frei it is not.
