PTFE Corrugated tubing pipes. . . Are extremely flexible & are widely used in high temperature and very low temperature in pharmaceutical, medical, aerospace, automotive in cable and wiring harnesses, space technologies and for pharamceutical fluid chemical hazardous (transfer) transportation. These tubing conduits can be used for abrasion protection, thermal insulation & pharma fluid transfer. They are ideal for use in areas where there are exposed to hazardous chemicals & extreme temperatures. Operating Temperature : -70°C to +260°C. Melt Temperature : Over +320°C the material starts to melt and beyond +350°C to +360°C the material will start to combust, halogen free, sorry no. Any fumes they may give off - nothing up to +330°C.

Smooth Bore Corrugated Tubing is probably thee smoothest bore on the inside but still retains its corrugated tubing externally on the outside, combining the ease of insertion assembly of cable wires, as a smooth bore tubing with the flexibility, excellent kink resistance with outstanding (MBR) minimum bend radius of 19mm for smallest we provide size 6.8mm for a corrugated tubing conduit in one product. An additional benefit is that this smooth bore corrugated tubing is extremely shallow in its profile. Colour : Natural only.

All PTFE properties are maintained with full service temperature range -200°C to +260°C, PTFE is chemical inert, solvent resistant, hydrophobic, anti-aging, and it still retains its unique superior electrical properties.
Standard colour is -0 Black and -X Natural.
