known spagetti plastics, they operate at +260°C & -70°C far better than most polymers
around today.

resistant to all known acids & virtually all
alkalis.
We offer a
variety of PTFE spaghetti tube, PTFE spagheti sleeve various code
types & wall thicknesses. These materials
have excellent chemical weather resistance &
low friction which gives fluoro-plastic tubings
very unique properties. They are extremely stable
at high temperatures & can be used
continuously at
-70°C to +260°C.
PTFE
Tubing, Pipes & Sleeving are a couple of the
few polymers that retains a measure of toughness
& strength even at cryogenic temperatures. PTFE is virtually inert to all
chemicals, solvent resistance : organic solvents
do not attack or dissolve, although some
penetration may occur as a result of both
absorption and diffusion.
PTFE has an
extremely low co-efficient of friction & has
excellent nonstick properties preventing the
build-up of sediments. Weathering PTFE Tubing & Sleeving are
extremely hydrophobic.
PTFE Tubing, Pipes & PTFE Sleeving are non-flammable but
sadly are not halogen free, however its melting
point for both products peaks at +320°C to
+350°C, above this temperature and the
material will begin combusting.
