PTFE Tubing & PTFE Sleeving are different from other known spagetti tubing or spaghetti sleeving, these components continually and successfully operate at -70°C to +260°C which is far better than most polymers around today.

PTFE Tube & PTFE Sleeve are resistant to all known acids & virtually all alkalis.


We offer a variety of PTFE spaghetti tube, PTFE spagheti sleeve various code types & wall thicknesses. These materials have excellent chemical weather resistance & low friction which gives fluoro-plastic tubings very unique properties. They are extremely stable at high temperatures & can be used continuously at -70°C to +260°C, Melt temp (320 to 340°C - DTA).

PTFE Tubing & Sleeving are a couple of the few polymers that retains a measure of toughness & strength even at cryogenic temperatures. PTFE is virtually inert to all chemicals, solvent resistance - organic solvents do not attack or dissolve, although some penetration may occur as a result of both absorption and diffusion.

PTFE has an extremely low co-efficient of friction & has excellent nonstick properties preventing the build-up of sediments. Weathering of PFTE tubing, PTFE sleeving, PTFE spiral wrap binding, PFTE convoluted conduits are extremely hydrophobic.

PTFE tubing & sleeving could be classed as low smoke zero halogen free ONLY up to +260°C. In actual fact these TFE insulated components are non-flammable but sadly are not halogen free above +260°C, however it's melting point for both products peaks at +320°C to +350°C, above this temperature and the material will begin combusting. They are UV resistant, Oxygen resistant & Ozone resistant.
